Double Puc Cafe operates 6 café sites across Bristol and the South West, including a central kitchen that supplies all locations. Before RocketOS, the business ran on a combination of spreadsheets, paper-based compliance checklists and manual stock counts.
The operations team had no real-time visibility into GP or labour costs. Recipe costings were done quarterly — by which time ingredient prices had changed significantly. Site managers were spending hours on manual ordering and stock reconciliation.
